Webster, NY. June 6, 2023. Age 79. Predeceased by his parents Earl & Doris and a brother, Edward (Peggy) Ebersold.
Survived by his beloved wife of 36 years Elaine (Weston) Ebersold; children, Kathleen (Clifford) Steinkraus, Ronald Jr. (Lisa Leo) Ebersold, Suzanne (Victor) Pena, Nicholas (Maryann) Ebersold, Nathan (Jen) Ebersold; 13 Grandchildren; brother James (Betty )Ebersold; Sister, Sylvia Frederes; brother Larry (Erin) Ebersold; many nieces and nephews.

Ronald was a proud US Army Veteran.

Ronald was a very loving, devoted husband to his wife, Elaine of 36 years, and passed in her arms on June 6, 2023.

After proudly serving in the United States Army, Ronald retired from the NYS Department of Transportation in 1996.

Ronald was a simple man, who enjoyed spending time with family and enjoyed the little things in life. His favorite place to travel was Florida where he liked to go fishing, boating, and is also where he also got married to be beloved wife, Elaine.

Ronald was always able to make people laugh with his witty jokes and sense of humor, even in the back of the room.

Ronald was also hard headed and stubborn at times but these are the traits that define him. He had an endless knowledge of how things worked mechanically and could fix almost anything. He loved his Ford trucks, fixing tractors, siding, and in his words, “monkeying around”, with anything that needed to be fixed, large or small.

Ronald was a strong fighter and fought until the very end. His love for his grandchild, wife, and family, kept him going every single day.

He will be very missed by friends, family, and loved ones.
