I wrote a condolence earlier but somehow it didn't go through. I wanted to say I have lost a dear friend that was like a sister to me.We lived next door to each other for 67 years and had so many good times together laughing and crying about events in our lives, as sisters do. We had many laughs about certain T.V. shows and she came over almost every afternoon so we could watch Dr. Phil, wondering how many things on there could make it to T,V. I Kept in touch with her through telephone calls as we both suffered aging illnesses.I know I will nver forget the fun we had, together. Save a place for me, in heaven, Marion. I love ou :SISTER.

Angela,Stuart and Louisa would like to send our kindest thoughts and remember our wonderful friend, and my adopted American sister Marion. She has always been at the other end of a telephone for the past 48 years and has been a tower of strength, by providing me with the family I missed so much whilst living in the States. Always so loving and caring and knowing just the right thing to help make life more bearable at times.
We have met up as much as possible over the years since and she will be missed so much by us Haynes’ back in England.
Rest in peace Marion. Thank you so much for everything especially your friendship. Loving thoughts Angela

Your family was my second family, growing up. Your mom was like a second mom to me. So many wonderful memories were made with this wonderful woman. Until the day my mom moved, Marion was always there for her. They were there for each other. Mrs. Mancini made every effort to come over to chat when she saw my car next door. She always asked how my family was and met my own family when we were in town visiting. She always cared and had a heart of gold. I am truly sorry I can not make it to her calling hrs or service on Saturday. Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Heaven has gained a beautiful lady. Love, Patty Nersinger Humphrey

I worked many years with Marion at Webster Schroeder High School. Marion was a wonderful, gentle, sweet soul, a caring and compassionate teacher who was loved by her students. Marion always had a smile, loved her job, shared lovely stories of her own family and graced the halls with a soft, rare kindness towards all. May she rest in peace. Marsha Lenzi
