This memorial tribute is a lovely way to celebrate the many ways that Rose touched each of our lives. I am sorry to not be able to be there in person, but please all know I am there in heart. What fond memories of many good times, I have shared with Tom and Rose. Always with me tucked away and cherished.
Much love,
Ginny

We didn't get a chance to spend much time with Rosie growing up. But when we did get to see Rosie during our childhood visits to Rochester to visit my grandmother and great aunt Vicky, we always loved seeing sweet Rosie and her dear husband Tom.
They were always so warm and welcoming and made us feel special. I can hear her voice in my ears now as I write this. I wish we had been able to spend more time with her and her beautiful children, our cousins Sean and Dawn. Rosie made the world a bit brighter for anyone who crossed paths with her.

I remember Aunt Rose as a natural teacher. She wanted people to embrace creativity and knowledge.
One of my earliest recollections of Rose was when Sean was a toddler. He had used his crayons to color on the walls of their home and Rose was quietly cleaning the marks from their white wall. I was perplexed because that activity in our home would have certainly resulted in punishment. When I questioned her, she told me that “Sean-y” was a very bright little boy and that creativity should be celebrated, not punished. I think I was about 8 years old and that fond memory has stayed with me. As did the message…
Rose was also blessed with the “gift of gab” as well as a love of cooking and baking. Their home was filled with friendly chatter and fabulous aromas! I don’t ever remember leaving without a full tummy, a bag of homemade goodies, and a feeling of contentment.
Rose nurtured many in her lifetime. May she Rest in Peace.

My sister's and I unfortunately only got to see Rosie occasionally when we made trips to Rochester with our family. However when we did we always loved visiting with her. She was always so sweet and welcoming and interesting to speak with. We know that she will be missed by her friends and family. Our thoughts go out to you during this sad time.

Dear Alexis, Sean and the grieving family.
No one can prepare you for a loss; it comes like a swift wind.
However, take comfort in knowing that she is now resting in the arms of our lord and her husband Tom.
Our deepest sympathies go to you and your family...
May God give you the strength and peace, that you seek and may the soul of your loved one rest in peace.

My Dearest and most Beloved and Beautiful Yellow Butterfly, My Mom,
I am so truly heartbroken to walk upon this Earth knowing that your physical being is no longer here with me. I feel your Energy all around me in everything that I see and do and in all of the precious memories that fill my heart and soul. I am so eternally grateful for every second that we have had together. I am so grateful to have you as my Mom. You will always live in my daily thoughts and actions. You were my teacher of all things important.
You had a great appreciation for life in its simplest form and in all of its glory. You had the gift of excitement and joyfulness. You were joyful about the tiny and about the magnificent and everything in between. You treated life as the gift it truly is and never rushed through without taking time to appreciate the beauty around.
You helped so many people, always eager to share your wealth of knowledge. You were, and are, such a positive force within the Universe. You put the needs of others before your own, looking to help those in need or the less fortunate.
You leave a mark of beauty on this Earth. You are a Lotus Flower, blooming high above all of the difficulties, pain and suffering in the physical world. You are an Angel walking beside Dad now. I Love you infinitely, through all time and space.
Your Loving Daughter,
Alexis
