Leo Joseph DeLuca Jr.
Irondequoit: September 12, 2022, at age 76. Predeceased by his parents Leo & Annette DeLuca, sister & brother-in-law Beverly & Rico Bonin, his in-laws, Charles & Carmella Oliveri, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law Sam Arbore and Eva & Silvester Fantauzzo.
Survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Josephine; daughters, Shari (Michael) Papp, Kim (Charlie) Impallaria; son, Joseph DeLuca; the loves of his life, grandchildren, Matthew & Makayla Impallaria and Emily Papp; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Alphonse (Anna) Oliveri, Bill (Jackie) Oliveri, Maria Arbore; Bonus granddaughters, Liz, Samantha & Mikayla Papp; Bonus great-grandchildren, Danny, Jackamo & Eloisa; dear friend, Jean Obi (Sam) deceased; also many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Leo was a retiree of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department and a member of the Local B-90 Ushers Union. A special thank you to Leo’s Aquinas family for their love and support. He will be deeply missed.
No prior calling hours. Leo’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, September 16th at 10 am in St. Kateri Parish at Christ the King Church (445 Kings Hwy South).
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to Shepherd Home (1959 Five Mile Line Rd. Penfield, NY 14526). Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
