My heart goes out to Laura's family, especially her daughter Laura, grand-daughter Stacey, and great-grandchildren, Nick and Sophia, whom I've had the pleasure of knowing for over 20 years. I took great delight whenever I was in Laura's company over the years as well as when my dear friend, Stacey Autovino, shared her fascinating stories of her grand-mother's personality, vibrancy, sharp wit and independent spirit.
