Have not seen Fred in many years since retiring from GPD and moving away. . As an ADA he was always available for guidance and advice with the most difficult cases. As a friend he was loyal, kind, considerate and supportive. His advice was always trusted. Someone you could always count on. Deepest condolences to your family Fred. Good luck on your journey.

Dear members of Fred’s family,
Deepest condolences to all of you on the passing of Fred. Met Fred when we were both working as ADAs in the Monroe County DA’s office back in circa 1978-1981. Fred was a fine guy who was always most helpful and always there to lend a smile and a helping hand whenever needed. Enjoyed Fred’s personality immensely. May Fred have eternal happiness with the Big Guy upstairs.
Our deepest sympathy to all of you on the passing of Fred.

Fred performed our wedding ceremony in our backyard in July 1999. We lived right behind him, so he put his robe on over his swimsuit to do it. He was a wonderful neighbor and will be missed. So very sorry for your loss.

My heart goes out to you guys. You are all so very young to have lost both your parents already.
I have many fond memories of Marilyn and Fred. I remember the first time I got to come to your parents house on Monterey Drive in Pittsford. It was a special day for reuniting the all the Marion brothers, sisters and cousins.
The tradition continued in Florida when cousin Deb would host fabulous holiday dinners in Bradenton. I am so blessed to have called them cousins over the years!!!
I pray your Dad finds peace and joy on the other side. For you all, I sincerely wish you peace at this difficult time.
I also want to thank Cathy for being there for Fred in his final years. God Bless. Kathy Rooney

Fred was a long time family friend, I have known him since we were in our teens, even though our worlds have been far apart, ever since my family moved back to Rome Italy, we have never lost touch! On his many trips to Italy beginning with his first European trip back in the seventies, he and Marylin always visited us and were part of the family during their stay. These visits were always reciprocal. On his last visit to Rome he shared a vacation with my family in Ischia. Fred was the one who helped me in a very difficult divorce case, and was the one who performed my daughters wedding. We all admired and valued Fred very much and will be greatly missed. My most sincere condolences go to Victoria, Adam and Ben.

Kind and caring eyes, never missing anyone's slight of hand, understanding the give and take of it all, a remarkable and good man bent on balance through fair play, laughter grasping the foibles of our lives. How I (we younger fellas at East High) admired this guy. How we looked up to him. And he only got better with age. My God, I hate to say goodbye, so we won't. But instead run with the beautiful moments and lives that so many of us shared with Fred. Rest our dear friend and look out (as you always did) for those who will come to greet you.
