Obituary of Marcia A. German

The German family is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Marcia A German on April 19, 2024 at the age of 73 after a long battle with Huntington’s disease.

Marcia is predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Dorothy Murch.  She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Dale; three sons, Mark, Geoffrey (Katie) and Timothy; and five grandchildren, Claudia, Edison, Jackson, Piper and Leo.

A stay-at-home mom for a time, Marcia also held a number ofoutside jobs over the years.  She loved travel and entertaining and doing a wide range of crafts from cross-stitch to wreath-making.  But most of all she loved her family and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 26, from 4-7 PM with a service at 7, both at Falvo Funeral Home at 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Road (Route 250) in Webster.  Interment private.
