Obituary of Adeline B. Campanaro

Adeline B. (Caputo) Campanaro

Passed away peacefully on March 6, 2024, at age 97. Adeline was predeceased by her loving husband of 46 years, John. 
She was also predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Raffaela Caputo, sisters, Caroline and Rose Caputo, Lucy Lotito, Marie Emanuel, Ange Molinaro and Jo Santelli, brothers, James, Louis and George and son in law, John Robinson. 
She is survived by devoted daughters, Lynda Campanaro Robinson and Carole Niederpruem  and son in law, Gary Niederpruem. Also survived by grandchildren, Gary (Mollie) Niederpruem,  Amy (James) Moody, Michael and Marybeth (Jason Sinclair) Robinson, 6 great grandsons, Kevin, Thomas and Brian Niederpruem, Graham, Cole and William Moody. Also, countless nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and dear, dear friends. 

Adeline was the first secretary at St. Ambrose Catholic School for 26 years. After her retirement she continued to be a dedicated parish volunteer. She also had been a loyal volunteer in the dialysis unit of Rochester General Hospital for 23 years. Adeline devoted her life to her family and her faith. 

Adeline’s last years were spent at the Maplewood Nursing Home where she received excellent care by a very devoted and loving staff. 

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 10, from 2pm - 4pm at Falvo Funeral Home 1295 Fairport Mile Point Rd. Webster, N.Y. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 11 at Church of the Most Holy Trinity, 1460 Ridge Rd., Webster, NY at 10:30 a.m. 

In lieu of flowers donations in Adeline’s memory may be made to Sisters of St. Joseph Community of Rochester. (150 French Road, Rochester, NY 14618).
