James Edward Manley

Webster: February 28, 2024, at age 63.

Born August 24, 1960, to Charles and Barbara Manley. Predeceased by his father Charles, his sister, Debbie Colburn, brother, Doug Manley, and niece, Barbara Colburn.

Survived by his mother, Barbara Manley, special friend Pam Stirpe, and her five children; niece, Crystal (Samuel) Belcher and their children, Damien (Kenia) Dissosway, Mackenzie Belcher and Chyleigh Belcher; nephew, Matt (Nancy) Manley; many dear friends and family.

James was a dedicated and hard worker as the head mechanic for the Webster Highway Dept. for over 20 years, and a very loyal member of the Empire Pub. The man’s heart was truly bigger than he was!

Calling hours will be held Wednesday 3/6 from 3-7 with a Prayer Service at 6:30 pm at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Rd. (Rte. 250) Webster.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association in his memory.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 10th at 12 Noon at the White House Lodge, 1100 Lake Road, Webster, NY 14580.
