Obituary of George Joseph Millner

Webster: Passed away peacefully at home with family at the age of 102.

George served as a meteorologist in the Naval Airforce during WWII. He had a 35-year career as an executive for Kodak and raised a family of ten children. He enjoyed cottage life, fishing, walking his golden retrievers and his faith in God. Predeceased by son, Michael and daughter, Suzanne.

He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 75 years, Lucille; Children, Marcy (James, Gordon, Melina) Leone, Lynn Millner, Judy (Steve, Shane) Vandewinckel, Martin (Alex, Wesley) Millner, Leanne Millner (Parker, Porter), Lucille (James, Jonathan, Carolyn, Lauren, Joseph) Kunz, Helene (Nathan) Serafine, Janet (John, Jesse, Emily) Mele.

Please join the family on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, for George’s Funeral Mass at 10:30am in St. Rita’s Church 1008 Maple Drive Webster, N.Y. with his burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery with military honors.
