Obituary of William T. Sprague

William T. Sprague, (76) passed away on December 6, 2023, with his loving family by his side. 

Bill was born in Utica, New York in 1947 to William and Eleanor Sprague. 

He is predeceased by his first wife Linda Hollenbeck and brothers Jack and David Sprague. He is survived by his wife Lois, sons Bill Sprague, Randy (Mary) Sprague, stepdaughters Amy Sanfratello, Brooke (David) Whowell, grandchildren William Sprague, Anthony Surace, Tyler Sprague, Stephanie (Nook) Chen, Maria Sanfratello, Alex, Collin, and Mady Whowell, great grandchildren Giavanna and William Sprague. Bill  is also survived by his sister Joan Crowe and brother Paul Sprague (Karen).

Throughout his life, Bill cherished family above all else and was often found spending time with his children and grandchildren. Bill enjoyed several activities including golfing, hiking, skiing, swimming, and traveling with his wife Lois. 

Calling hours will be held at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Road, Webster on Saturday, December 16 from 1-4 pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the ALS Association in Bill’s name.
