Survived by her three children Devin, Josiah and Troy Caulkins. Mother Susan Modzel(David Davis), father Thomas Caulkins. Brothers Albert Forgue and Tommy Caulkins. Sisters April Seely(David) and Melissa Caulkins. A lot of nieces and nephews and many other family members.
Calling hours will be held Saturday 12/23/17 from 2-4 PM at Falvo Funeral Home, 1395 N. Goodman St. Rochester, NY 14609. Interment private.
