Obituary of Anthony J. LaDolce

LaDolce, Anthony J. (Papa Tony) January 31, 2017. Age 100 years. Predeceased by brothers, Clement, Joseph, Charles, William and sisters, Maltilda Leone, Rosalie Argiro, Jennie Pucci, and Mary Granata. Survived by loving family Luella Philips, daughters, Janet LaDolce, Frances (Gary) Passero, grandchildren, Kimberly (Larry) Geldner, Jeffrey Ruscio, Mark (Karen) Passero, Christopher (Laura) Passero, Gary (Lisa) Passero and 15 great-grandchildren. Served his country as a United States Marine during World War II. Tony led a full and vibrant life fishing, gardening, reading, and always available to lend a hand to anyone who needed help. As an avid reader he taught himself several languages and was a life-long learner. He particularly enjoyed his family and will be remembered with much love and affection by all who knew him. No prior calling hours. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday 10 AM at Browncroft Community Church (2530 Browncroft Blvd. Rochester, NY 14625). In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Tony's name to the Leo Center for Caring.(1500 Portland Ave. Roch.,NY 14621). Interment private.
