Casanzio, Samuel A. Ontario, NY: April 18, 2016. Survived by his wife of 67 years, Phyllis; sons, David (Mary Lou), Ronald, Sam (Maria); grandchildren, Chris (Holli), Kevin (Fran), Robert, Steven, Jason and Paul; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Nancy Casanzio; nieces and nephews. Sam was a WWII Veteran. Recipient of the Silver Star and a retiree of Eastman Kodak.
