Passed way peacefully at home May 18, 2008 on her 89th birthday. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Anthony and her son Matthew. She is survived by her children, Marilyn Belli, Kathleen (Frank) Fuss, and John Belli; her grandchildren, Michael & Rene Fuss, Stephen Fuss (Shari Carmestro), Mark & Patricia Fuss Lisa DiBiase & fiancé Dale Weiss; great-grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Nicholas, Chelsea, Alyssa, Amber, Josh, Peter, and Cass; also many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Irene worked as a fabric cutter in downtown Rochester and retired from Sibley's. She was an active member of the Legion of Mary at St. Andrew's Church for many years and auxiliary member at Holy Trinity Church. After retirement she volunteered at St. Ann's Community, St. Andrew's School, and The Friendship Nursery. She was a very special person with a beautiful smile and will be remembered as a loving devoted wife,
mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be dearly missed.
Visitation on TUESDAY 4-8 at the Falvo Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Rd. (Route 250, Webster, between 104 and Plank Rd.).
On WEDNESDAY please meet the family at 10 AM in Holy Trinity Church (1460 Ridge Rd., Webster) for the celebration of her Funeral Mass.
Private interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Alheimer's Association, American Lung Association, or the Andrew's Center for Children (123 Whittington Rd. 14609).
