Obituary of Deborah Ann McDonald

Deborah Ann McDonald (Lanzone) of Rochester, NY went to be with Jesus on Friday, May 9, 2014 as a result of an vehicle accident on I-90. Her daughter, Alissa Joy McDonald (age 6), was traveling with her at the time and miraculously survived the accident. Debbie was a devoted single mother who loved her daughter more than anything. She taught her by example how to live her life for Jesus and to tangibly love others. She was born at Highland Hospital on September 17, 1982 to Nicholas J. Lanzone and Sylvia Mae Carey Lanzone. Debbie was employed by Heritage Christian Services as the Foundation Assistant. Debbie leaves behind her daughter Alissa McDonald, her father Nicholas Lanzone, and her brothers Michael , John and David Lanzone, and their families. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Alissa's college fund. Information can be found at: www.Joycc.info. Calling hours will be held at Joy Community Church from 6pm - 8pm Tuesday, May 13th. The memorial service will be held at 11am, on Wednesday, May 14th at Calvary Assembly of God in Chili.
