Obituary of FRANKLIN MERKEL

Rochester: April 27, 2008, age 94. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 61 years, Frannie; his brothers and their wives, John (Mary), Foster (Margaret), William (Annette), and Elroy (Gladys) Merkel. He is survived by his daughter, Dottie (Mark) Cascino; grandchildren, Lisa (Brian) Natale, Donna (Steven) Vestri, Mark (Amylynne) Cascino; great-grandchildren,Justin, Amanda, Benjamin, Sydney, Jaren, and Lyrah; his brother, Gordon (Rita) Merkel; many nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours. Frank's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday (tomorrow) at 10 AM in St. Cecelia's Church (Culver Road at 104). Donations may be made to St. Cecelia's Future Fund, 2732 Culver Road, Roch., 14622. Interment, Holy Sepulchre.
