Obituary of KENNETH FINCH

Rochester: April 22, 2008. Peacefully, at the age of 87. Ken was loved by many and will be dearly missed. Kind in spirit and full of life, his smile was always a welcomed site. Born Nov. 24, 1920, the seventh of eight children to Alice & Albert of Painted Post, NY. Proudly served in the Armed Forces during WWII and the Korean Conflict. Retiree from Ritter Corp., Ken was an avid sportsman, volunteer, square dancer, award winning horseshoe, bocce & euchre player. His love, optimism and handshake remained strong until the end. Predeceased by parents, Alice & Albert; brothers, Cecil, Harold, Raymond & Merton; sisters, Leona & Ruth; and his wife of 62 years, Neva Mae. Survived by devoted daughter and son-in-law, Janet & Roger Levy; loving sister, Alberta Potts; caring sisters-in-law, Iris Pickett, Coma Ray & Pattie Gray Watson; many nieces, nephews & longtime friends. Calling, SUN. 2-5 PM at Falvo Funeral Home, 1395 N. Goodman St. where Ken's Funeral Service will be held 11 AM MON. Interment, Webster Union.
