Predeceased by his son, Dick Carletta, daughter-in-law, Teresa Carletta, his brother, Ross Carletta and his sisters, Josephine, Lena, Susie and Emily. Survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Frances (Limoli) Carletta, son, Gary Carletta, grandchildren David and Sara Carletta, brothers, Michael Carletta of Rochester, and Angelo Carletta of CA, sister-in-law, Rosemary Limoli; nieces, nephews. Sam was a World War II veteran.
