I've known Tommy for over 30 years and have had many conversations of various topics on the 3rd Friday of every month with him when he stopped in Penn Yan. When I last spoke with him on the Saturday before his biopsy, his last words to me were " don't count me out"..! I will always remember him when reaching for a roll of tape, pinstripe, steel wool, car wash, w/w cleaner, paper towels and all of the other items we purchased from him. So very sorry to Josephine, Frank, John and family for your loss of such a caring, compassionate, fun loving person. I'm sure I speak for all his customers and friends when I say we will miss him greatly.

Thanks, cousin, for all of the memories--your warmth, your wit, your accordion, and your wine. You will be dearly missed.

Tom's passing has left his family heartbroken. He was such an integral part of our family that we know our lives will never
be the same without him.....to quote my son Frank " He will be dearly missed & is now with that ever growing group of
wonderful relatives that have gone before us. We are all better for knowing him & for the light he added to our lives."
Be at peace dear cousin....until we are together again....
With love
Elizabeth

Although we lost touch over the last several years, I'll always consider Tommy one of my close friends. We grew up together, and along with our siblings, spent many hours at the Aratari home on Whitlock Road.
I remember playing Horse under the hoop in their driveway, playing dominoes, and all sorts of other fun things that kids do.
Later in life, Tom and I shared an apartment together. I remember the four Volvos he had in the back yard, in various stages of repair.
Tom was partly responsible for my first meeting my wife, and he was a groomsman at our wedding.
God be always with you, my cousin & friend.

Tommy was like family to us. My father has been doing business with the family for over fourty years. I have know Tommy since I was ten years old. He always had a smile on his face and was one of the most caring people I have ever met in my life. He was always the first with a joke. You will be missed Tom,this world was a better place with you in it!
