My best memory of June was the love she had and shared with her late husband Russell. Whenever I was over the house on Grand Avenue, the memory of their love, not only for each other but also for their children, is one that has stayed with me almost 50 years. She was one of sweetest ladies I have ever known and I am grieved to hear of her passing. I remember,fondly, sitting around the table at Joe's house having prayer meetings. It was obvious to me that June intimately knew her Savior and now, God bless her, she has the privilege of being in His presence face to face.
Joe, I really miss you my brother. Can't tell you how many times I've regretted losing you in my life. Hope all is well with you and Mary Jo and the children.
