Obituary of Richard J. Gaudieri
Richard Gaudieri “Dicky” - Went to meet Jesus - January 14, 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce Richard, Dick, Dicky, Husband, Father, Dad, Grandfather,
Great-grandfather, and Friend, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.
Dick is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Frances C. Gaudieri, daughter Denise Haberkorn (Anthony), son Todd Gaudieri (Brooke), grandchildren Aaron Stritzel, Devin Gaudieri, and his great-grandchild Valin Stritzel.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Mary Gaudieri, his sister Linda Gaudieri, and his brother Jerry Gaudieri.
Dick deeply adored and loved his family and friends. He had a great love for music, singing, and plants. Animals were also a lifelong passion of his especially, Miss Lucy, his beloved Chiwawa.
Dick was a true man of faith, who loved Jesus with all his heart. He was a devout Christian, who enjoyed studying the bible and wrote often about his journey with his faith.
Dick unfortunately struggled with pain, arthritis, and many surgeries throughout his life. But he was always positive, had a smile on his face, and tried to make us and others laugh. Thinking of others first.
While this news is hard to hear, he will be deeply missed, and an emptiness in all our lives.
We will keep his memory alive with a service and funeral which will be shared with everyone at a later time via social media and emails.
With Gratitude,
The Gaudieri Family
