Obituary of Nelson Raspaldo

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and friends on August 9, 2024, at age 67 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Predeceased by his father, Narciso Salamo Raspaldo; sister, Patricia “cookie” Raspaldo. 

Survived by his daughter, Rachelle Raspaldo; Son, Peter (Alma) Torres; Mother, Purificacion Melendez Figueroa; Life partner, Dawn Allnutt; Stepdaughter, Christina; Sisters, Judith (Santos) Antonetti, Olga Raspaldo, Elena Raspaldo, Jeannette (Edward Wollaston) Raspaldo, Amanda (Robert) Stowell; nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Very special and loved friends, Lindsay and Shawn McCutchen and their children; Numerous other relatives and friends. 

Nelson enjoyed life, laughter and jokes. He liked going out on his boat and even just throwing his fishing poles in the water. He loved the several mustangs he owned throughout his life. He was a fun-loving guy who was always busy and will be missed greatly by his family and friends. 

Calling hours will be held on Friday August 16, from 11-12pm with a service at 12pmBOTH at Falvo Funeral Home 1395 N Goodman St. Rochester, N.Y. 14609. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Love Rob and Amber Community Pet Food Pantry 94 Traymore Road Rochester, N.Y. 14609
