Obituary of Joseph P. Anello

Joseph passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Friday, July 19th, 2024, at Rochester General Hospital.

Joe was born on October 26, 1959, in Rochester, NY, son of Joseph and Angela, brother to Ronald and Michael. 

Predeceased by his parents, Joseph & Angela, and his brother Michael. Survived by his children, Joseph (Karin) Anello, Anthony (Stephanie) Anello, Joseph (Keshia) Woodley and Peyton Ondeck; Grandchildren, Kayla, Jackson, Jiovanni, Angelo, and Jory; Brother, Ronald Anello; as well as many dear friends and family.

Joe was a beloved father and friend. He loved spending time with his family, conversing with friends over a hot cup of coffee or a cold beer, and had an affinity for classic rock music and classic cars. 

You will be greatly missed dad, “I love you baby, no shit!”

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 25 from 4-7pm at Falvo Funeral Home, 1395 N. Goodman Street. There will be a Mass held on Friday, July 26 at 9:30am at Sacred Heart Cathedral. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joe's name to Lollypop Farm.
