I saw Frank every Tuesday night for over two years and we shared a passion for the Bills. Two cursed fans found a way to watch a couple of games together. I still blame him for losing to the Browns, but I’ll take that up with him later! Hearing of his passing has had an impact on me that tells me this is a person that I am lessened by his absence. He worked hard, spoke of his family and picked up garbage on his street. He was always busy but found time. God bless.

Deeply saddened to learn of Franks passing. It has been years since we saw one another however I always loved Frank and will remember the moments we spent together fondly. I loved the passion he had for the NYR and Bills which made catching a game with him all that much better. He truly cared about others and was just a great guy to be around. So sad to see you go my friend.

My heartfelt condolences go out to family and friends of Frank. He is going to be missed by so many. I am glad I got to be friends for the last 5 months and have laughs and great memories I can look back on. I’ll be thinking of you while watching our buffalo bills whoop some butt this year!! Thank you Frank for helping me out when things at my house were broken and also helping with my dog while I was in hospital! You really were a great man and I’m sad we lost you on this earth. Say hello to your dog Sadie for me. Thank you for being a great friend and making sure I was taking care of my health all the time and listening to my crazy life stories lol. Thank you for always caring when I left your house and always asking me to text you when I got home even though I lived 2 minutes away. Going to miss your laugh and being around you and fact you could make me smile when I wasn’t feeling good. We’ll meet again someday down the road and be able to hug each other again. Goodbye Frank.

Frank had the biggest heart out of anyone I've ever known. Regardless of whatever obstacles or challenges life put in front of him, Frank met them with a smile and that unforgettable laugh. He lived to make others' lives better, and he succeeded in this endeavor every single day. He was a son, a brother, a cousin, a nephew, an uncle and a friend to many and I'm incredibly blessed to count myself among those close to him. In his short time on this earth, Frank Lanza made an impact that is irreplaceable and to say that he will be deeply missed is a colossal understatement. My sincerest condolences to his parents and siblings.
Frank was my cousin, and I loved him dearly. When we were boys, we would spend long Summers together, as he and my father bonded over their shared love of local sports teams. I was a younger than Frank, and it would have been easy for him to be annoyed at me, or want some space away from the 'little kids' to spend time with the other kids and adults. But Frankie never, ever made me feel that way. When we were together, I had his undivided attention, his love, and his support. We'd play backyard sports, video games or listen to music, or just walk down the block to the corner store and hang out and buy penny candy. And if I was lucky, Frank would tell me a story about his 'cool' life and friends. And every time I would tell him, 'You're so cool, Frankie.' And he would smile and tell me, 'Not as cool as you.' You can only imagine the positive impact on one's self-esteem when one of the bigger kids tells you that from a young age.
I'll never forget the time that I spent with Frankie. And all those memories are precious keepsakes I will cherish for as long as I live. And I know that everyone else who he shared his life with feels the same way, along with their own unique experiences with him.
Rest in Peace, Frankie. You're gone too soon from us but I know that Grandma and Grandpa are holding you close in Heaven. Until I see you again, I love you.
