Obituary of Christel Klein

WEBSTER - May 29, 2024, age 96. Loving wife, mother and Oma. Predeceased by her husband, Joachim; Parents, Otto and Alice Melhorn; Sister, Grete (Karl) Hofstetter; Brother, Otto Melhorn; Nephew, Carl Hofstetter. Survived by daughter, Heidi (Jack) Brown, dear grandchildren, Michael (Marija) and Michelle (Ryan) Schirmer, great-grandchildren, Luke, and Freya; sister and brother-in-law in Germany, Ursula and Peter, nephews in Germany Matthias and Alexander, niece Linda (Fred) Kastner; grand nieces and nephews and their families, special friends John, Kathy and Lisa Winghart, Joanne and William Hutchings, and Maria Rigillo.

The family extends a special thank you to the staff and caregivers of Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center for their loving care and kindness.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, June 2, from 1 – 4pm at Falvo Funeral Home 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Rd. Webster, N.Y. 14580. On Monday, a graveside service will be held at Webster Rural Cemetery at 11 AM. (Meet at cemetery entrance) In lieu of flowers, donations to Hildebrandt Hospice in Christel’s memory.
