Obituary of Matthew J. Stepnowski

Matthew passed away on April 12, 2024. Predeceased by his parents Stephen and Stella. Survived by his wife Felicia and children Vicki (Pat) Shaughnessy, Felicia (Steve)Kolanski, Sonia (Eddie) Bickom, Matt (Karen) Stepnowski and Tania Pezzola, 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. His sister, Christina and several nieces and nephews.

Matthew was a proud Marine and a self-employed flooring contractor. Most of all, he loved spending time with family, playing cards and listening to polish music. He spent many years fishing at his cottage in West Port Bay, where he built lifelong friendships that he cherished. He always had a smile on his face and warmth in his heart. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone. He will be forever missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Calling hours will be Sunday, April 21 from 1-4 pm at Falvo Funeral Home 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd. Webster, NY. His Funeral Mass will be at St. Joseph's Church 43 Gebhardt Rd. Penfield at 10:30 am on Monday April 22, 2024.
