Obituary of Bonnie Rae Butera

On February 23, 2024, Bonnie passed peacefully at the age of 81.

Predeceased by her husband Albert Charles Butera; Parents Robert and Maxine Thomas and her brother Raymond (Suzanne) Thomas.

Survived by her children James (Tracy) Padlo, Joyce Lacy, Elizabeth (Dustin) Eisemann; stepchildren Jo-Ann Walton, Sheila (John) Borrelli, Lauriann Butera (Steve) and Sandy (Ron) Viza: Grandchildren Hunter, Chance, Laura, Elizabeth, David, Logan, Nathan, Paige, Luke, Jake, Clayton, Aria, Joshua, Adam, Sarah, Charlie and Caitlin; Brother Russell Thomas; many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Bonnie was born in Olean, NY on January 25, 1943. She was a creative seamstress who designed custom drapes for many years, baked and decorated beautiful birthday and wedding cakes and crocheted so many intricate items. She loved her family, friends and her crafting group of friends.
