Just wanted to say it was an absolute pleasure to know Mr. Millner. We had many talks out in the garage. He would love it when I'd come by, especially when I had my dog with me. Grateful I knew such a wonderful man. He will be missed by all. Prayers for the family.

Please accept sincere condolences from the Kalin family. We have all grown up and gone our separate ways, but have very nice memories of growing up across the street. We came over and visited before we sold the family home in 2014 and George and Lucy were just as sharp and pleasant as we remembered. We wish your family the best and may your fond memories be a comfort to you as you grieve for the passing of George and his life well lived.

On behalf of the Cannan family, I would like to offer our sincere condolences to the Millner family on George's passing. George was a wonderful friend to our father for many years. Like our father, George had a strong faith and strong devotion to his family. When together, it seemed that both men viewed the world in much the same way. I know my father valued George's friendship (and easy laugh) a great deal.
I, along with my sisters and brother, (Judy, Joanne, Beth, Paul) all have such great memories of the times our young families spent in Canada...first on Rideau Lake and eventually settling on Buck Lake. My brother and I, along with extended family, still spend a few days every summer on Buck Lake and always make it a point to go by Steamboat Island. George leaves quite a legacy behind.

I will remember George as a gentlemen. He liked to joke, and I loved his mannerisms. He was happy and always singing. He appreciated every little thing that was done for him. He loved his children and especially his wife, Lucy. The love they had for each other was precious and rare.
