ROCHESTER- January 17, 2024. Pre-deceased by his father, Philip. Survived by his mother, Jean (Bittles) Syracusa; sister, Angela Syracusa (David); nieces, Nicole (Richard) Gibson, Alyssa (Mike) Chatterton; nephew, Niko; great nieces and nephews, Jealani, Jh’ve, and Jarvis.

Charles graduated from Bishop Kearney in 1984. He worked for the Democrat & Chronicle for many years as well as USPS for 16 years. He was very well known and liked. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle and Miami Dolphins Fan! He never missed a game! He had everything you could think of Miami Dolphins related. His other favorite teams were the Boston Red Sox and the Boston Celtics. He is very much missed. 

Please join the family at Annunciation Church on Saturday, January 27th, from 9 am- 11 am with a Funeral Mass to follow. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
