I'm so sorry . I am just seeing this. I have so many childhood memories . I like to think that Pat greeted Antonio at heavens gate. They are both sharing Grandma's famous chocolate chip cookies and catching up on everything! My deepest condolences .

My condolences for the family. This man, the little that I was in his presence, always made you feel special. He was a happy man, a giving man, and always had a smile on his face. My dad, the late Joe Crociata, was Tony’s first chef when he broke into the restaurant business as a busboy at the old Towne House on Mt. Hope Avenue. He was very proud of all that his young protege accomplished and always enjoyed Saturday evening dinner at Antonio’s right after 4 o’clock Mass at St. Philip Neri. So did I. He was a wonderful gentleman. So very sorry for your loss. Francis Crociaya

No other person on earth like Nino. He loved with an infectious kind of love; making anyone in his presence feel special with his special smile and ways. He was funny, and his genuine care for others defined him. He lived and loved life. Despite his undying Italian spirit, Nino had a surprising preference for meat over pasta, and…, "No pizza for dinner, please!" He is simply unforgettable, leaving an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him. We will greatly miss you nostro caro Ninetto!
