Obituary of Michael C. DeBole

Michael Christopher DeBole passed on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, peacefully surrounded by his family at age 56.

Predeceased by Grandparents, Henry and Lillian Dinardo, John and Mary Conte, and Father-in-law Gerry Visconti.

Survived by loving Wife and best friend of 33 years, Mimi DeBole; Sons, Michael (Amanda) and Marco; Granddaughters, Grace and Olivia; Parents, Salvatore and Carol DeBole; Mother-in-Law, Rosa Visconti; Brother, David (Kim); Nieces, Gianna and Isabella; many cousins, aunt, uncles, beloved friends near and far. 

Not only did Mike have a beautiful soul, he was the most loving and devoted Husband and Father you will ever meet. His love and dedication to his family and loved ones was truly remarkable. He brought light to every room he would walk into with his incredible smile and personality. Even in his deepest and darkest moments, he always kept a positive attitude.

Mike was a beloved and dedicated employee of Wegmans Food Markets for 33 years, where he not only loved his job, but his co-workers were considered family. A special thank you to Danny, Colleen, and Nicole Wegman, Mitch Hadfield, and Todd Strassner Jr for making his passion a career. 

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, November 26, 2023, from 4 – 8pm at Falvo Funeral Home 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Rd. Webster, N.Y. 14580. On Monday, please join the family at 10am at Christ the King Church 445 Kings Highway South, Rochester, N.Y. 14617 for his Funeral Mass.

A special thank you to Wilmot Cancer Center, Dr. Huselton, Nursing staff members Beth, Alaina, Tracy, Tisa, and all other Physician Assistants, Bone Marrow unit on the 6th floor. Another special thank you to: Dr. Larissa Khischenko, Amy and Rachel, Rochester General Cancer Center staff: Dr. Saad Jamshed, nurses, caregivers, Elizabeth Duxbury CNS, and Samantha Condello. 

On behalf of our entire family, we thank you all so much for your continuous love and support throughout the past year. Please know that Mike loved and cared for each of you.
