Obituary of Revered Robert J. Meyer

July 19, 2023. Age 78.

Predeceased by his parents, Aloysius and Viola Meyer. Survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Barbara (Schaeffer) Meyer; children, Tracy (John) Johnson, Cheryl (Stephen) Henry; grandchildren, Danielle (Michael), Keith (Michelle), Kelly (Andrew), Chance and Garrett; great granddaughter, Isabelle.

Deacon Bob was a retiree of Kodak and proudly served the Catholic Church as a deacon since 2004. 

Visitation for Deacon Bob will be held in Annunciation Church (1760 Norton St. Rochester, NY 14609) on Tuesday from 3-7pm. His Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10am in Annunciation Church. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Frances Cabrini Parish (80 Prince St. 14605) Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
