Passed away peacefully on June 21, 2023, at age 95. Predeceased by her husband, Abbate Potenza; Parents, Joseph and Angelina Polizza; Brother, Louis (Arlene) Pollizi; Sister, Angie Ferrara; Son-in-law, Robert Hughes. Survived by children, Mary Hughes, Donna (Walt) Pampalone, Joseph (Lisa) Potenza, Patrick (Lucia) Potenza, Vito (Lori) Potenza; Grandchildren, Robert (Sarah) Hughes, Matthew Hughes, Michael  (Emily) Hughes, Gary (Melissa Gagner) Klaum, Jason (Tommy) Klaum, Angela (Lorenzo) Whittle, Andrew (Amanda) Klaum, Gina (Jamie Garrard) Potenza, Maria (Kyle) Jackson, Patrick (Savannah) Potenza, Marisa (Brandon) Schraeder, Michael (Bridget Clifford) Potenza, Renee (Zachary) Willison; 17 Great-grandchildren; Brother-in-law, Paul Ferrara; Also, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mother was a faithful devout wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and lifelong Catholic member of the Church of the Annunciation.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, June 25, 2023, from 1-4pm at Falvo Funeral Home 1395 N Goodman St. Rochester, NY 14609. On Monday, please join the family at 10am at Annunciation Church 1760 Norton St. Rochester, NY 14605. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
