Migdalia was studying Nursing and stopped her studies due to the Religious constraints placed on Christian believers in Communist Cuba. In spite of that she dedicated her time helping educate new mothers in her community to treat children with multiple needs including administering insulin shots. She continued her life of service with her family and the Churches her husband founded in Cuba, Spain and Rochester, NY.

Employment: She retired from Eastman Kodak Company in 1991.

Born in Cuba, she has lived in Madrid Spain, Rochester NY, and Saginaw Texas.

Migdalia had a photographic memory and could be counted on to recall significant places, events, and people. She went out of her way to help anyone in need. She never knew a stranger.  All holidays her home were full of new friends from around the world who had come to settle in USA. She lived a life of faith and conviction. She would often quote a Psalm in times of trouble and joy. And always reminded her children not forget Psalm 100. That would be followed by an amazing repertoire of songs for every occasion.
