Obituary of Annette M. Wolkonowski

Passed away peacefully on May 4, 2023, at age 65. Predeceased by her Parents, Nick and Ruth Galante; Brother, Joseph Galante. Survived by her husband Ed; Daughter, Keri (Jeremy) Dewitt; Son, David (Aubrey Cheney); Granddaughter, Emily Dewitt; Sister, Peg (Jerry) Penberg; Brother, Stephen Galante; Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Unity Hospital and Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center for their exceptional care of Annette. 

Per her request no prior calling hours. Please join the family on Friday, May 12, 2023, at 10am at St. Theodore's Church 168 Spencerport Road Rochester, N.Y. 14606 for the celebration of her Funeral Mass.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in her name to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center.
