Obituary of Sharon Marie Rivaldo
Sharon Rivaldo (Magnera)
Webster: March 17, 2023, at age 77 after a long and courageous battle with an autoimmune disease. Sharon is predeceased by her parents James Sr. & Mary Magnera. Survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Phil; her children, Christina (Kristopher) Kohrt, Annemarie (Larry) Lindner & Philip (Samantha) Rivaldo; 8 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter; brothers & sisters, Frank (Joyce) Magnera, Carol (Charles) Culmone, & James Jr. (Beth) Magnera; brothers and sisters in law, Sam, Nicholas (Nilda), David & Donald (Susan) Rivaldo; many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Sharon was a retired Lieutenant with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, President Emeritus of Italeo, Inc., and organized the Annunciation Church senior group for 50 plus years. She volunteered at Camp Good Days and Special Times and devoted herself to the community in many other areas. She will be dearly missed.
Calling hours Tuesday 3-7 PM at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Rd. (Rte. 250) Webster. On Wednesday, please join the family at 10 AM at Peace of Christ Parish at St. Ambrose Church (25 Empire Blvd.) for the celebration of her Funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Italeo (P.O Box 17344 Rochester, NY 14617). Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
