We were very worried that Jim needed a variance to get through the "pearly gates" so we fast forwarded a completed request to St. Peter. St. Peter replied that no variance was needed as Jim blessed this world with goodness and kindness and was welcomed with open arms. We will miss him terribly but will remember him for his wit and friendship over the years. Fred and Brenda Smith
