I had the pleasure of working for Mrs Wilson cooking breakfast at the Winfield back in the early 80s, she was a perfectionist, it was a pleasure to work for her and Fred, she always brought out the best in her employees, everyone had a great deal of respect for her. My condolences to her family.

Aunt Dorothy (she corrected me if I forgot to say "AUNT Dorothy") told me that she started her Winfield Grill staff meetings by saying, "I'm not here to make friends. I'm here to run a business. Let's get started." Well, she made friends anyway. I use this quote from her sometimes when I'm working. She'll be missed.
