Obituary of Josephine M. Huertas

Josephine M. Huertas, age 68 of Rochester, NY peacefully passed away Sunday Jan 15th 2023 surrounded by her loving family.

Josephine is predeceased by her parents Philip and Rose Vinci, grandson Jovanni Muniz and granddaughter Jayda Muniz. Survived by her loving husband of 45 years Rafael, daughter Tina (El) Matos, sons Rafael (Migdaly) Huertas, Michael (Mandy) Huertas & Felipe (Denisha) Huertas. Sisters Mary (Joe) Vicente, Annette (Lou) Pusateri. 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.

Josephine loved spending her summers at Black Lake with her family along with having fun at the casino. She was a dedicated and loving mother, sister and grandmother who loved everyone and treated everyone like they were one of her children. 

Calling hours will be held Friday, January 20, 2023 from 4-8 pm with a service at 7:15 pm both at Falvo Funeral Home, 1395 N. Goodman St. Rochester, NY 14609. Interment private.
