GLORIA ENCARNACION OBJIO SOTO VIUDA DEL VALLE
22 September 1935 – 05 December 2022
Rochester - Monday, December 5, 2022, at age 87.
Predeceased by her husband of 22 years Luis Regino (Guicho) Del Valle, her parents Florencio Objío Franjúl and Altagracia Olimpia (Pimpa) Soto Noger; her brothers and sisters Victor Fernándo, Manuel Octavio (Niño), Manuel Florencio (Cabeza), Guirrán Aristóteles, Violeta Leonora, and Altagracia (Rafaela).
Survived by:
three sisters, Brígida, Agueda y Carmen;
her sons and daughters, Valentín Iván Del Valle Objío; Máximo Fernando (Yvette Arvelo) Del Valle Objío; Florencio Ernesto (María Ester Sanchez) Del Valle Objío; Luisa Olimpia Del Valle Objío; and Isabel Miguelina Del Valle Objío (Juan de Dios Maria);
her foster children: Aura Di Pietratonio, Luis Rafael Objío, Moisés David Peguero Objío, and Elizabeth García Objío;
fourteen grandchildren: Enmanuel Del Valle Abreu (Jarainys Coiscou), Ángel Andrés Del Valle Abreu (Maria Guzmán), Yvan Del Valle Abreu (Yulia Shifrin), Luis Demetrio Del Valle Cuevas (Soraya Pérez), Jordi Del Valle Cuevas (Paola Sosa), Jessica Del Valle Cuevas, Anabelle Del Valle Melo (Sócrates Maura), Florencio Ernesto Del Valle Melo, Natalia Isabel Del Valle Sánchez, Joel Alfredo Méndez Del Valle, Gloria Michelle Calderón Del Valle (Clifton Williams), Elizabeth Lucía María Del Valle (John O´connell), Juan Miguel María Del Valle (Taina Martinez), and Melina Lisbeth María Del Valle;

and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
Gloria was born in the city of Baní, Dominican Republic, moving at an early age to the capital city of Santo Domingo, were she met Luis Regino who became her devoted husband in 1950. By the end of 1959 Gloria was a mother of five, a role she took on with great dedication for the rest of her life.
In 1972 she lost her beloved husband of 22 years, facing a new life with her five children. By the year 1996 she moved with her daughter Luisa to Rochester, New York, Living close to her daughters, sons, and grandchildren.
Gloria was a very strong woman, highly motivated, and with a lot of common sense. Her house was always open for family and friends having touched so many individuals from whom she always received love and respect.

Gloria nació en la ciudad de Baní, República Dominicana, trasladándose a temprana edad a la ciudad capital Santo Domingo, donde conoció a Luis Regino quien se convirtió en su devoto esposo en el año 1950. Para finales del año 1959 Gloria era madre de cinco niños, rol que asumió con gran dedicación por el resto de su vida.
En 1972 Gloria perdió a su adorado esposo de 22 años, enfrentándose a una nueva vida con sus cinco hijos. Para el año 1996 ella se trasladó con su hija Luisa a la ciudad de Rochester, New York, viviendo en torno a sus hijos y nietos.
Gloria fue una mujer muy fuerte, altamente motivada, y con gran sentido común. Su casa estuvo siempre abierta para la familia y amigos habiendo tocado a muchos individuos de quienes siempre recibió amor y respeto.
Cualquier persona inspirada a hacer algún regalo en memoria de Gloria, considérelo haciéndolo como ella lo hizo. Observe si alguien cercano tiene necesidad. Abra su corazón, dé generosamente, y despliegue amor.
Velatorio será el viernes 9 de diciembre de 2022, de 4:00 PM a 7:00 PM, con servicio religioso a las 5;00 PM en la Funeraria Falvo, 1395 North Goodman Street, Rochester, NY 14609. Cortejo fúnebre será el sábado, 10 de diciembre de 2022, a las 10;00 AM, iniciando desde la Funeraria Falvo.
