Obituary of Jane Margaret Elliott

WEBSTER- It is with sadness that Jane’s family announces her death on November 12, 2022.

Jane was the beloved wife of 26 years to Burgess L. Elliott. She was a loving mother to her son, Derek C. McCarthy (Leilani), Rochester. She cherished her grandchildren, Sean, Daniel, and Mila Jane. She also leaves Stepsons, Burgess Elliott IV, Justin Elliott and Justin’s children, Brandon, Ryan, Peyton, Avery, as well as two great grandsons, all of Rochester. Brother, John (Deborah) Knapp, Asheboro, NC. Niece, Sara Allred and her children Kenzy and Bladen, Asheboro, NC. Nephew, Robbie Knapp and his son Kade of Asheboro, NC; niece, Adrianne Messner (Owen) and their children Alexander and Maeve, Long Island. Loving niece, Chelsea Moe (Carl) and their daughter Nova. Aunt, Rosemarie Smith of Kendall. Sister-in-law Heather Knapp; Stepmother, Josephine Knapp. Also, her very special girlies, Kyra Minchak, Tarie Minchak and Samantha Zweigle. Special friend who went above and beyond, Mary Schill. Brother-in-law, Timothy (Bonnie) Elliott, Springfield, OH. Many cousins. Predeceased by her parents Robert H. Knapp and Nancy S. Hardenbrook, brother, Edward M. Knapp. 

No prior calling hours. Mass of Christian burial on Friday, November 18 at 10am at Holy Trinity Church (1460 Ridge Road, Webster, NY.) Inurnment private, Webster Union Cemetery.
