Rose always put her family first. She enjoyed 58 years of marriage with her beloved husband and raised three children who were always there for her, no matter what she needed. She led a simple life caring for her home and her family. She worked for Monroe County for many years. Every Sunday there was sauce on the stove for dinner at 2:00pm and coffee at 6:00pm for anyone who came by to visit. She had a kind heart, strong spirit and sharp mind until her last day. She enjoyed seeing her grandchildren grow into adulthood and meeting her great-grandchildren. Her favorite pastimes were playing the lottery and feeding the birds in her backyard.
