We got to know Carla when she was a teenager and found her to be a very polite and lovely young lady. We were saddened to hear from Angelika that she passed on and would like to express our deep sympathy to the family. God bless you in this sad time, Erika and Suresh Ahuja

Carla,, I have so memories to many to post. You were more of a sister than sister in law to me.. Thank you for always being there for me and telling me it will all be OK and you were right it always turned out the way you said.. You are loved by so many and touched everyone's heart that knew you and crossed paths with. Your shoes can never be filled as we can't fill those BIG shoes. I'm still trying to process that you are gone, I miss you so much my heart aches. You have always been my hero and always will be. I love you and watch over all of us. Love, Debbie

Carla was such a great friend with sound advice and a great sense of humor! She always looked out for me like I was one of her own. I'll never forget the year we shut down at school in the spring of 2020, she made me a cheesecake that April for my birthday as she knew I was depressed, lonely and unable to celebrate with my family at the time. She was always so thoughtful bringing me things she thought I would like and always had amazing home-made treats with one always set aside just for me. She will always have a huge place in my heart ❤️ I am thinking of all of her friends and family during this very difficult time.
