I was so very sorry to learn of Sue's passing. I was lucky to work closely with her towards the end of her career at Excellus BCBS and she was a wonderful partner and mentor. A lovely, lovely soul.

So so many years ago (maybe early 80's?) I got to know Sue (and Gary) on one of the crazy BCBS weekend rafting trips. We had a blast with a great bunch of co-workers. And I'll always remember the fun we had. She was a great person with a beautiful smile. ❤️
Gary I am so sorry for you, Lacey and Sarah, to hear of Sue’s passing. She was a gift to all of us. She and I had our good times and some memorable times with Wayne. She always had a smile and a laugh to share. May you and the girls find comfort knowing how much she was loved and respected by all. God Bless all of you.
