Rochester - May 25, 2022. Passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side. He is survived by his children Tynesha Hinton, Nelson (Courtney) McNeil, Diamond McNeil, Naji McNeil, Jahad Al-Khadar, Saladen McNeil, also, many other family members.
