Webster - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Richard L. Falvo, loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle on May 4, 2022, at age 91.

Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Amalia Falvo, his brother, Joseph Jr., sister-in-law, Louise and his beloved dog, Trapper.  Survived by the love of his life and wife of 65 years, Mary (Valenti); Sons, Mark, Michael (Marie), Christopher (Yola), and Joseph (Karen); Grandchildren, Richard J. (Janell), Diana (Edgar), Stephanie (David), Melanie (David), Alyssa (Troy), and Anthony; Great-grandchildren, Vincent, Angelina, Ella, Savannah, Christopher Joseph, Jackson Richard, Phoebe Jo, and Amalia; his brothers, Robert (Sonja) and Arthur; sisters-in-law and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Richard was a proud Korean War veteran and an avid sports enthusiast who loved horse racing.  He and his brother, Art proudly served their community for over 50 years running and growing their family business, Falvo Funeral Home. He truly treasured moments with his family. One of his favorite pastimes was doing crossword puzzles with his oldest granddaughter who he fondly referred to as "dimples." He adored all of his "hooligans", and they loved their Papa!  He was our family patriarch and every moment with him was a moment that was never taken for granted.

The family extends their gratitude to Richard's caregivers over the past year.

He would be greatly honored to have donations in his memory be sent to Camp Good Days and Special Times.

Services were held privately.  Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
