Grandpa and I had a special relationship that went beyond sharing the same name. We went to Rochester Rhinos soccer games together. We were in the Sons of Italy parades together. He let me cheat in Scopa. When I started liking sausage, Grandpa went crazy for weeks making me both links and patties. He taught me "son of a b***" when he dropped a piece of wood in the garage, Whenever I went over to the house to cut the grass, Grandpa would come out with his cane telling me I missed some small portion near the statue or garden that was impossible to cut. I learned to make limoncello with him when Grandma was in rehab. He tells me to sip it and not shot it because of the alcohol. I say to him, "I'm in college and I made this with you, there is no way I'm sipping this". He just stood there and shook his head. These are just a few moments out of so many that made Grandpa so funny, loving, kind, and generous to be around. He gave his life not only to the Town of East Rochester, but to the City of Rochester as well. He impacted countless lives. It is an honor to be able to continue on his legacy.

MIcky,Maurice,Anna and families- My Dad and I are so sad to hear of Tony's passing. What great years we had as neighbors on West Ave. I can't think of any better man then him. He was friendly, helpful and funny. Always smiling! Dad and I will stop by this summer when he comes up from Florida. You are in our prayers.

I'm saddened to hear of Tony's passing. As a guest at many meetings of the Vincent Lombardi Lodge, where Tony served as an officer, and was just a good member, he was always ready to share his most delicious homemade limoncello. Rest in peace brother Tony.

My grandpa was the life of every room he walked in. From tomato picking, to clam bakes, wine/sausage/limoncello making- he will be missed immensely. Love you grandpa and so thankful for all you have done for us ♥️
