Judith A. Mott (Gaffney)
Webster - Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her 3 daughters on December 20, 2021, at age 79. Predeceased by her husband Peter, her parents P. Norris & Tatiana Gaffney, and her brother Philip Gaffney. Survived by her children Julie (Dave) Greenberg, Sara (Steven) Tosto, Kelly (Douglas) Layland; Grandchildren Evan, Olivia, Ali, Jack, Max, Madeline, Molly, Aidan & Tessa; brothers & sister Edward (Teresa) Gaffney, Rev. J. Michael Gaffney, MaryRose (John) Warneck, Mark (Marianne) Gaffney; sisters-in-law Rosie Gaffney & Jane Mott; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Judy was a well-respected and devoted Special Educator for the Boces District for many years. In her retirement, Judy enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy will live on through her 9 grandchildren.
Calling hours Sunday 3-7 pm at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Rd. (Rte. 250) Webster. MASKS REQUIRED. On Monday, please meet the family at Peace of Christ Parish at St. John's Church (553 Humboldt Street, Rochester, NY 14610) at 10:30 am for the celebration of her Funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mary Cariola Center. Interment Webster Union Cemetery. A special "thank you" to all the caregivers for their kind and compassionate care shown to our mother.
