Obituary of Norma Smallwood

Passed away peacefully on October 24, at age 72. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Alice Staley; Daughter, Selina Holder; Granddaughter, Taylor Allen; Great-grandaughter, Willow Allen; Brother, George Staley. Survived by her loving husband Dennis; Sons, Brantley (Kelley) Allen, Travis Smallwood; Grandchildren, Dennis (Stephanie), Zachary, Abigail Allen; Greatgrandchildren, Emma and Jack. 

Norma was happiest surrounded by her family.  She adored her grandkids and loved spending time with them.  She enjoyed a good book, Hallmark TV movies, cooking and baking, watching Pittsburgh Penguins hockey games, and full-filled, spontaneous day trips with her husband.  Norma is also survived by her beloved canine companion, Crosby. 

In remembrance of Norma’s life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the COPD Foundation (copdfoundation.org). 

No prior calling, services will be private. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
